Natalie was great to work with. She was very knowledgeable about the middle keys, professional and patient as we were looking for close to 3 years before finding a house. She spent a considerable amount of time showing houses to us during that timeframe and even took multiples videos for us when we couldn't look at a house in person. She went out of her way to stay at the house for the entire time of the inspection, negotiated with sellers when the closing date had to be pushed out, provided advice on landscaping and pool service and even brought packages in for us and reset locks after closing. Those are just a few specifics. I would highly recommend using her as a realtor.

If you want dedication, then you need Natalie Ardis!!! We were looking for a house, only problem was we were accross the country! She not only set aside a weekend for us to come down and look at houses but she was also super organized. We had several appointments set up in the little time we had. Natalie is super familiar with the area and will answer every question you have! If she doesn't have the answer she will get back to you within hours! She worked with our budget and went above and beyond during the entire process. She knew we weren't close and was around for the house inspection, etc. After traveling for several days to get to our new home, we even had an adorable "Welcome Home" sign! Natalie is a who you need to buy or sell!!!

Natalie never lost faith in me, even after I crawfished on a great deal that contracted we plowed on she continued sending info till my wife and I found a great house , great neighbor great location.
